In addition to the legal requirements, all our technical products are tested and certified by the German TÜV. Of course, all materials used meet the high requirements of the EU.
 

Thanks to our patented frame construction with integrated support strut, JUWEL aquariums guarantee excellent statics, which clearly exceed the requirements of the German industry standard for aquarium construction (DIN 32622).

The cabinets of the Rio, Lido, Vision, Trigon, Vio Cube and Primo series in SBX design are GS-certified and carry the recognised “GS – Tested Safety” mark, awarded by the renowned DIM Institute in Rosenheim.
 

The GS mark is one of the most respected independent safety certifications in Europe and goes far beyond basic legal requirements. It confirms that the products have been thoroughly tested for mechanical stability, load-bearing capacity, material safety and long-term durability under realistic conditions of use.
 

For our customers, this means maximum reliability in everyday use: the cabinets are specifically designed to safely support the significant weight of a fully equipped aquarium over many years. The certification also ensures that construction, materials and processing meet strict safety and quality criteria, providing additional peace of mind when combining aquarium and cabinet as a complete system.
